Cafards Sensibles - Cafards Sensibles CD

To celebrate 30 years of passion and dedication to the culture, Da Cockroach returns with his most ambitious project to date. Teaming up with his faithful accomplice Ringo, they present CAFARDS SENSIBLES, a monumental double vinyl experience 2 years in the making.

This is not just an album, it is a manifesto. Inspired by the golden era of 90s French cult compilations (Ma 6-T va crack-er, L 432, Chroniques de Mars, Sad Hill) and the cinematic dystopias of Soylent Green and Children of Men, CAFARDS SENSIBLES is a post-apocalyptic concept album that serves as a return to the roots of the genre: committed rap, driven by meaning, convictions, and raw lyricism.

Musically, Da Cockroach and Ringo remain true to the Boom Bap tradition: incisive, melodic, and hard-hitting.

In an era of digital saturation, CAFARDS SENSIBLES is a 100% physical object. It is designed to be dug out of a crate, held in your hands, and played loud. This is a strictly independent release. Record stores are the only place collectors can secure this piece of history.

Spanning 21 tracks, this project brings together a rarely seen gathering of talents.

They recruited legends of the underground scene : Napoleon Da Legend, Dany Dan (Sages Poètes De La Rue), Kohndo, Ol'Kainry, Le Bavar (La Rumeur), Cyanure (ATK), Furax Barbarossa, Faf Larage, Rocca, G Kill (2BAL) to name a few.

And a gang of talented producers : Azaia, Kyo Itachi, Logilo, Pone (ex Fonky Family), Kool M (ex La Rumeur), DJ Monark, Maj Trafyk and more.
