Bang or Ball is the fifth studio album by Mack 10, released in 2001, marking his collaboration with Cash Money Records. With this project, the Inglewood (Los Angeles) rapper builds a true bridge between the West Coast and the Dirty South, blending the raw street energy of L.A. with the heavy, club-oriented sound of the Southern U.S.

The album is largely produced by Mannie Fresh, an iconic figure of the Dirty South and the sonic mastermind behind Cash Money. It delivers a powerful mix of deep basslines, bouncy rhythms, and early trap influences, all wrapped in Mack 10's unmistakable gangsta attitude.
